The walk back from town was exhausting after a long day, not that they'd know how to cater to tired guests. The breakfast is only served at specific times, so inconvenient. I wish i had received a complimentary gesture for all my trouble, but i guess that's too much to ask here. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Stayed for a corporate offsite at 3 Porthminster B&B. The room was spacious with great views over the Hayle estuary, with a clean en-suite and comfortable bed. Lynn, the host, provided excellent tea-making facilities with fresh milk, and breakfast options included good homemade fruit compote and pancakes. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the centre.
Parking space is limited.

The location was convenient for visiting the
Town center and the beach was just a pleasant stroll away. The room was spacious with fine harbor views, but some details like a smaller bathroom might not suit everyone's taste. The attention to cleanliness and cute hosts made up for it.

Couple looking for a great getaway
Lynn was great and were really nice for us from the very start. The breakfast was out of this world! Homemade veggie sausages were a highlight for me.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The steep uphill walk back from town can really wear you out, especially after a long day. Some bathrooms are smaller than expected, potentially cramping your style. Breakfast is served at specific times, which can be a hassle if you don't manage to. Parking can fill up quickly during peak season. The common areas felt a bit crowded at times, limiting your ability to relax or enjoy some downtime.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in a quiet road. The location was ideal for me as it was away from the hustle and bustle during peak times, but still just a short stroll into town. The room I stayed in was very pretty, comfy, and exceptionally spotless, with a view of the beach. The B&B itself was also immaculate, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast options were great, with a choice between a cooked meal or something lighter like juices, cereals.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The breakfast selection was fantastic and the homemade compote was a real highlight. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the town centre and beach. We also really enjoyed the cosy living areas, particularly the sun terrace with its beautiful view.
The room was quite small and the bathroom sink was too small, causing water to splash on the floor. The bed was also quite small for two people.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Cornwall. The hosts were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. The room we stayed in was absolutely lovely, with a comfortable bed and beautiful sea views. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and its location, just a short walk from the seafront, was ideal for us. The breakfast each morning was delicious and customizable, with a great selection of options. I would definitely stay here again.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.
